Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of KindSteps, a parent-managed family routine and rewards service operated by Hule Technology. By creating an account, the adult account holder agrees to these Terms.

Adult account holder

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. A parent or adult caregiver controls the account and is responsible for child profiles, family managers, routines, rewards, and purchases. Child profiles are not login accounts.

Family content and conduct

You are responsible for content entered into your private family workspace and for choosing age-appropriate routines and rewards. Do not enter unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unnecessarily sensitive information. KindSteps is a planning tool and does not provide medical, psychological, educational, or legal advice.

Subscriptions

Some features require an active family membership. Pricing and billing period are shown in the Google Play or App Store purchase interface before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store. Store rules govern billing, refunds, payment failures, and cancellation. Deleting a KindSteps account does not by itself cancel store renewal.

Trials and promotions

Eligibility, duration, and renewal terms are shown before enrollment. We may limit trials and promotions to eligible new subscribers and prevent duplicate or abusive use.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another family, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected service components, misuse invitations, manipulate purchases or points, or use KindSteps to violate another person's rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep KindSteps reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide notice when legally required and preserve reasonable access to account controls.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using KindSteps or delete the account at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in material violation of these Terms. Account deletion is available in the app and at our web deletion page.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, KindSteps is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for family decisions, offline rewards, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing terms

Local mandatory consumer laws continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable store terms form the agreement for the service.
